Subject: [Leica] A celebration

I?m not sure this is the correct English word ? some days ago in a walk in 
El Raval I found a celebration from Filipinos  people, I asked to a group 
what it was and the answer was so funny ?I don?t know, we saw that it was 
free food and free beverages and we came??
