Since butterflies were scarce today, I walked over to inspect the Cosmos blooms. Here are three images: A Skipper was right at home on this Cosmos. http://www.gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Skipper+and+Cosmos.TIFF.html This colorful green insect stood out against the orange bloom. http://www.gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Small+Green+Insect.TIFF.html And this dainty little wasp-like insect was also having a nice visit. http://www.gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Small+Bee.TIFF.html Comments and critiques welcomed and appreciated. -- Jim Nichols Tullahoma, TN USA
