Interesting to see the lavash.  My mom was a certified southern lady (TX,
LA, TN, MS) who loved to entertain.  Somehow she found a recipe for lavash
and learned to make it when she wanted to impress her southern lady friends
with her knowledge of exotic foods.  Well, exotic if you lived in
Mississippi.  ;-)

Nowadays they sell it pre-packaged at grocery chains like Whole Foods.
White or wheat.
