Short lenses obviously are not as needy as the long lenses. I heartily agree that for an order of magnitude difference in price, some rational thinking is required. Everyone will have their own SL response.... Now, for half price, I am a convert ! Now to wait for used prices to drop...... Or Leica to introduce a EVF M... with microcells for WA lenses.... Or Nikon to introduce a EVF camera..... Or??????? Frank Filippone Red735i at verizon.net >>> If the camera would offer the R lens to SL body adapter with aperture control ( Auto Iris), would that make a difference in your current conslusions? <<< This would be an 'icing on the cake' feature. The stabilized sensor is the nutrition my mom told me I should have before thinking about cake. Doug Herr
