Hi Lluis,
The whole series is very evocative and you make the Monochrome sing!!
About #3940 - do you ask because the lady in black is looking in the 
opposite direction to everyone else?
I think it is fine - whimsical even - to have her looking in the opposite 
direction. I think it is a keeper.
