Subject: [Leica] M not recognizing new Summarit 35

I have a new Summarit 35 / f2.4 purchased a few weeks ago and my M240 does
not recognize it.
My M recognizes all other lenses. And if I try to manually assign it, this
lens is not listed as a choice.

Any thoughts on this?
