Carpenter's a pisser.  How many people write, produce, and direct
movies - big ones, not just a film-school short here and there - AND
ALSO WRITE THE FREAKIN' MUSIC?

If you want some Carpenter soundtrack sounds to accompany your perusal
of Kyle's photojournalism, note that the WFMU DJ who's been
specializing in film scores did a good John Carpenter show about a
week-and-a-half ago, and you can listen to it whenever you like:
