Pre-op knee replacement education material abandoned, coffee went cold 
(twice). 

I am so, so impressed by the quality of the photography in this book. Every 
year the quality improves, IMHO. 

Geoff, my hat is off to you. You produced a fine looking, thoughtfully laid 
out. The huge amount work you put into this for us is evident. Thank you so 
much.
