Please include a full URL as well as? when posting "tiny urls"

I fell very far behind in email due to my recent moving of residence and 
office.
Now as I go through many hundreds of posts I find that all the "tiny urls" 
are broken.
This is mostly true for Jay Burleson's posts;
as he posts using ONLY the tiny url codes;
which are all broken by the time I get to them.
