It's miraculous for me. I did the one day fast he recommends and then followed his week-long diet. By the time the week was over, all my arthritis pain was gone and it hasn't returned. I'm gradually adding other foods to see what sets off the inflammation in me. So far it's been gluten. I don't eat processed foods or sugar anyway so that's not a problem and we have been drinking raw milk ever since we moved to the farm. I did wake up with a machine moving my knees and they sent the machine home with me so my knees were never still. I'm sure that helped a lot.
