Pretty dead town, but it does have this one place that seems to draw people. As in the song, Take It Easy, there is a wall with a mural and you can join others standin' on the Corner waiting for the girl in the flat bed Ford. Pretty cool if you are an Eagle's fan. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Aram/f14/d/wi/Standin+on+the+corner-0234.jp g.html http://tinyurl.com/pesc82y Wait a minute, I think she is coming http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Aram/f14/d/wi/Standin+on+the+corner-0241.jp g.html http://tinyurl.com/na9duu7 It attracts people from all walks of life http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Aram/f14/d/wi/Standin+on+the+corner-0261.jp g.html http://tinyurl.com/oe7gba8 A few more shots of the mural http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Aram/f14/d/wi/Standin+on+the+corner-0248.jp g.html http://tinyurl.com/qbaovxk http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Aram/f14/d/wi/Standin+on+the+corner-0239.jp g.html http://tinyurl.com/o7gzkgl I would recommend the stop if you are passing through northern Arizona. But get there in the morning light, unlike me. These are all into the sun. >From the extreme shadow side.
