Back in high school I hung my Nikon F on to a 4x5 Graflex. I've always sought to put odd bits of glass on to whatever cameras I have access to. And sought to change backs as well. The 8x10 Deardorf also took 5x7 and 4x5. The 4x5 Linhofs also took 6x9, 6x7, 6x6 and 35 mm. I can put 'blad CF lenses on my Ultima and put a 'blad back on the back end or the Leica M or R on the back end or the 5D on the back end Anything has always been possible. So many ways to keep interested in Photography The Art of It The Social Documentary Aspects Scientific Documentation The Chemistry Sensitometry Films / Papers Sensors Scanning backs Optics Mechanics Light of every sort Imaginable Never been bored in my life.
