Yer all beating your brains and key boards to death over a camera 99.9% of us will not likely ever be able to purchase! Don't be nickel and diming yourselves over it........ BUY IT! USE IT! IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT "it does to your liking?" Just return it! I can't believe you people are knocking yourselves out over a camera the way you are! For crying out loud it's quite an amazing camera, no question! "HOW EVER TO EACH HIS OWN~!" AND JUST IN CASE????? "YES I HAVE HAD ONE IN MY HANDS AND CLICKED A FEW!" RESPONSE? "Cool Camera!" :-) That's it simply because it's the content that matters more than anything else! And yes it handles OK! But a tad heavy!" But what the hell many of you people sound like you've never walked into a camera store popped yer money on the counter and walked out with a new bit of gear! CERTAINLY WITHOUT A LOT OF HAND WRINGING TECHIE CONCERN! Jeeeeeeeeeeeessssssshhhhh If I worried and babblefested about a camera the way you are on this S LEICA SLR. I'd never have bought most of the LEICA gear I did during the past 60 years. Here's how I bought all my LEICA gear! WALK IN STORE. "Do you have a Leica M6?" Counter guy says "Yes." I respond, "OK I'll take it" That was it! OR? Do you have a LEICA 100 Macro lens? "Yes." clerk says. Me? OK, sold! Thank you very much! And if I should be of the great good fortune to win the Lottery my LEICA order is going to be as simple as? READY???????? I'd like a LEICA S2 and whatever lenses are ready for it! WHAM! BAM! THANK YOU MAM!" DONE and OVER! ALL YOUR BABBLEFESTING WONT MAKE ONE IOTA OF A DIFFERENCE AS I USE MY GEAR nor HOW I USE IT!" Not what and how you folks think one should! Nor have I ever gone through all the techie bull shit nonsense most of you do! "BUY IT! USE IT! GET PAID!" That's all that matters! Take it and work the "HECK OUT OF IT HAVING A FUN TIME HAPPY SNAPPING AWAY TO YOUR HEARTS DELIGHT!" REALIZING IT'S A LEICA CAMERA! ERGO? "Hey it has to be cool!" :-) Cripes that's all you need for the money they're charging for this gear! The biggest bottom-line QUESTION is?????????? Will it get you more....... read my lips? "PAYING ASSIGNMENTS??" And if you don't need to consider making your living using the camera? What the hell?
