Subject: [Leica] Bell Tower and Ringer

Local mythology tells us that when Union troops came to Natchitoches during
the Red River Campaign, some soldiers climbed into the belfry of Trinity
Parish Church with the idea of liberating the church bell.  When they read
the inscription, they left it in place.
