Subject: [Leica] just a little help from my friends

I'm thinking of buying a used Monochrom or M240 or something like that. 
I was wondering what to check for, what to look at so I don't waste the 
money. 
I know some knowledgeable listers would be of good help with this. 
I'll strongly appreciate any advise
