I do wonder how deliberate it was to allow the A7s to take (almost) any FF
lens? They did not excel in releasing lenses for the NEX and not sure how
well their A SLR lenses sold (some like the 135mm f1.8 are very well
regarded), there were some rather exotic lenses in it AFAIR.

Maybe so, Jay. I'm just happy I got mine before they closed up shop. I'm
getting ready to order an adapter that will let me shoot my Konica Hexanon f
1.2 lens on the Sony. Just one of several interesting lenses in my
collection.
