I'd shot though 10 or 12 thousand and deleted out around 20 or 30% out of every all NEF's I'd shot. The folder by the way I see here is 171 Gigabytes. After saving to a .psd I then saved 1809 jpeg's to an uploading folder on the same hard disk in 2013. Most of the images I've crunched in the last half of 2013 I made into squares or my proprietary one over two 600 x 1200 pixel format. I of course will pre crunch many more pix in ACR ( Adobe Camera raw.) but never open them in Photoshop. My LUG gallery stats are: 549 items total Views: 3038 Since 03/24/2010 A third of them has been at some point deleted out. I put up around 50 images this year I'd think. One flower a week more or less. I've met some young photographers this year who have impressed me on getting represented nicely in the Tumblr and Flickr formats. Tumblr is a blogging kind of photo showing with 120 million members. Now me. And Flickr is photo sharing. Which I take to mean its a gallery. With 51 million members. Soon me. Both these things seem to be encroaching on ones personal website representation. Websites themselves are now starting to look like blogs. My next one will this year. A Social Networking spin seems to be becoming a part of a lot of photo internet outlets now.
