I am a big fan of Brother B&W laser printers. This one will do what you say 
you need:

But I have switched to color laser printing, and there is a clear winner in 
that world:

It is an unbelievably good printer. God save you if you ever need factory 
service, but luckily it very rarely malfunctions.
