Has finally arrived, it is MUCH better than my cheap one :-) It has finer 
differential focus with longer lenses and is much firmer locating as well as 
bringing up the R lens options. Do not seem to be easily handholding a 280mm 
at 1/500th but will report more once I have used it.....
