Agreed... what I was primarily responding to was Frank Filippone's assertion 
that "AF is the solution" which clearly is not universally true.  For many 
people in the circumstances they ordinarily encounter it's a good solution, 
for others it's not.  I'd be delighted if people avoided these absolute 
pronouncements because more often than not, YMMV.
