Subject: [Leica] How long to get a lens coded?

It took about 2 months from NZ to Solms and back, that was nearly two years 
ago.... Depends on the lens, I thought Leica NJ could do some, and the US 
has some independents who can do it.

I remember hearing it took months have have an M lens encoded. Is that still 
true if it ever was?

How long does it take to have a lens coded and returned in the United States.
