Subject: [Leica] Can someone say what this sentence means?

I was reading the dpreview.com article on the new Zeiss Otus lens when I ran
up against this sentence.
?When taking pictures with many image-dominant, open light sources, it is
common for correction defects to show up.?
Okay, what the hell does this actually MEAN? I have no idea what an
image-dominant open light source is.
