You made me feel very welcome, despite my somewhat surprise arrival - sans Leica too. Congrats to Lluis who organised a magnificent evening of Catalan delicacies the day I was there. As most of you know, I didn't want to say I might travel, as my personal circumstances are subject to unexpected changes these days. However, I did make it for one day and was very sad to leave as I hadn't the chance to really talk to everybody. I have to say, there are some wonderful pictures (Alastair, Daniel, Geoff)emerging of the event and its ancilliary activities - mind you, having seen the pictures of me, I'm going on a diet!! Originally, I thought the lenses were faulty and then I saw the excellent picture of Rebecca by Geoff and threw out all the biscuits, cakes, and chocolate at home :-) Anyway, I'm sure more pictures will emerge in time, and, at this stage, would just repeat what I said in Barcelona, that if any of you Luggers are in Ireland to let me know and we'll have a get together.
