It was lonely and on a red dial IIIf in an Olympia WA shop

(I left a 73 f1.9 Hektor with case and hood $395 and Red Curtain IIIc $395 
there)

Needed a loving home 

I bought it

problem aperture ring stuck at f4

I am in Seattle away from my tools in PDX

Does the set screw matter (on the aperture ring?

How might I unstick though as grey as Seattle is today f4 is just fine with 
FP4 thanks Mark K in PDX
