Our latest harvest on the farm today was 4 bushels of field corn.  This is
a dent corn that we plan to make into cornmeal:

The other corn is Floriana Red Flint, an Italian corn used to make polenta,
which is what I will do with it!

All from heirloom seeds, non-GMO ;-)
