I've got an old Darlot that has a similar look: <http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Portraits/Kathryn1_AMR.jpg.html> <http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Enigmatic/RusticRR_AMR.jpg.html> <http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Gear/Darlot1_AMR.jpg.html> It takes 49mm filters, so with a reverse adapter I can put it on my Canon. Their diagram is mis-labelled. It should read "depth of focus" at the sensor plane. Depth of field is on the subject side of the lens.
