Subject: [Leica] Another perspective on the new UK orphan works law
From: photo at frozenlight.eu (Nathan Wajsman)

This is from the no. 1 blog on intellectual property legal issues:
http://ipkitten.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/the-end-of-copyright-as-we-know-it.html

One thing to note is that the new EU directive on orphan works (1) does not
include photographs except when they are included in other orphan works such
as books, and (2) places severe restrictions on how orphan works may be used.

Cheers,
Nathan
