Another school on the border with El Salvador.  The children get a snack at
recess of reconstituted milk and oatmeal provided by USAID.

I color-balanced it based on the white milk but maybe the milk should be a
little blue?  Whole photo has an overall yellow cast, I think.  Still
learning color balancing but it's harder with people and especially
Kodachrome people.
