Ha, you're doing the same as me.
I have a "used camera store" here in Ottawa and they gave me a box of 4x5.
If you really get stuck, you can get some plastic sheet at a stationery 
store and cut it to 4x5.
I bought a Crown Graphic, and so far have shot MF film with it.
I also bought a Grafmatic and am familiarizing myself with it.
