If you do not want to answer the question, you repeat the same answer, over and over and over, regardless of its relevance to the question. It is, at it's least, arrogant. Trying to ram things down the market's throat is the fastest way to alienate the customer and the customer will find a different solution. It is good software, it may be the best software, but putting up barriers to use is the fastest way to getting a strong competitor. And the fastest way to kill a fine company.
