Not only did they misspell "color" and spell "colour" correctly, there's a 
letter thief there too who's stealing Ted's quotation in dribs and drabs. Or 
could it be wear and tear?  That ramp looks suspiciously like it might be 
used for skateboarding and Ted's quote is on the possible braking area.....

You'll need a fast armed guard for it, Ted. Oscar Pistorious is local but 
may be tied up for a while....
