But sometimes it is appropriate, and the PAD from the day before yesterday is one of those occasions. I was in Barcelona with my children, and we were walking along a narrow street in the old city in late afternoon. We were walking straight west, and so the setting sun provided rich opportunities for contre-jour imagery. I have to say that with any of my other systems, past or present (Pentax, Canon, Panasonic etc.) this image would have drowned in flare. But a Leica lens (35mm Summarit, their "budget" option in that focal length) is something special: http://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/4253606_kdsZ6C#!i=2307323475&k=tHjDCSb&lb=1&s=O Cheers, Nathan Nathan Wajsman Alicante, Spain http://www.frozenlight.eu http://www.greatpix.eu PICTURE OF THE WEEK: http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws Blog: http://nathansmusings.wordpress.com/ Sign my petition against the gun lobby: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/include-nra-list-terrorist-organizations-group-actively-promotes-killing-us-civilians/GgyPdyy4 YNWA
