If I misunderstood and the cover is a picture OF an M Monochrom then I 
withdraw my comment and who cares what camera was used to photograph it. 

However, if it has to be a picture taken WITH one then I stand with my 
comment. The cover picture of a photo book should be the best of and/or 
representative of the content of the book. 

In my humble opinion, anyway.
