Fair enough Mark.....

Phil got a lousy deal.  Tina seems to be blessed at Leica.

However, there should NEVER be a case like Phil's where the factory does not
support a working pro with a loaner.

Again while Phil's woes seem to be way off the bottom of the graph Tina's
seem to be way off the top. Or visa versa. As a Leica optimist I'd love to
believe Tina's and totally ignore Phil's but can't totally do neither.
