Let us know when it is fitted and how you like it for manual focusing. If it work for you I might give it a try. Which screen did you get? I would expect zero metering problems with the Nikkors and Planar since they are made for the camera. There, however, is no communication between the Leica lens and camera of any kind, including max aperture.
