Most if not all of the corrections applied are on the periphery of the "image circle". You are inside that zone of correction to a much higher degree than an M9 user. Ditto the way the lens passes the rays of light to the sensor, where the M8 has more perpendicular light rays than a M9 ( more obtuse angle) at the edges of the "film" frame. IOW, maybe you do not need nor want these corrections nor the EXIF data. So spend the Euros on beer...... Speaking of beer, I realize you live now in Spain. Mostly a wine culture. Can you find good Spanish beer? Is it more common from big companies or small micro breweries? Does Spain have micro breweries? Frank Filippone Red735i at verizon.net I used to have the CV 12mm (since sold) which was not coded, and I never saw any colour fringing. I have just bought a CV 21mm and I do not expect any problems with that, based on my experience with other uncoded lenses.
