Even if I put in an M9 formatted card with a 100LEICA folder and my last 
L1**** image it is now creating an 200LEICA folder and adding to the L2*** 
numbering :-(

I am doing a few tests and swapped a Monochrom formatted card into the M9. 
My Monochrom is set to number L2***** and creates a 200LEICA folder. If I 
put an M9 formatted card in (100LEICA folder) it creates its own folder and 
continues numbering. I have just put a Monochrom formatted card into the M9, 
the M9 continue the L2**** numbering in the 200LEICA folder....
