Agree completely!  This 60-yr-old would not function without a few minutes'
almost-daily back exersises.

My camera pack, which being R is considerably heavier than an M kit would
be, is a Lowepro Orion waist pack (which appears to be discontinued) which
has both shoulder strap and waist belt, very helpful for distributing the
load among the various body parts.
