I'd like to hereby institut a new LUG image category day
Thursday Food shot day.

Mark's Potato Salad from last night, Today 7/19/12, 2:47:53 AM, 60.0 mm
f/2.8D 1/30 s at f/32.0 ISO 2800
Flash bounced off corner of room.

The f32 didn't hurt it any. Other f stops made for a thing called potatoes
salad bokeh. A think I found not satisfying to the eye. So I wanted it all
sharp. A bokehless image. Shots done at 22 and 16 didn't seem sharper or
more contrasty in any way.

I put in lots of frozen peas to help cool down the steamed eighthed red
potatoes and a red onion. The warm potatoes marinated first in old red wine
vinegar and new bottom of the bottle organic apple cedar vinegar. I didn't
add the mayo until the potatoes got to room temperature in the fridge and or
freezer. Regular Hellman's Mayo.
