More from the Photo walk with the new Nikon D800E. Sunday was also the day
of the new moon, called Amavasya, where Hindus do a short ceremony for the
well being of the souls of the forefathers. Around the Kapaleshwara Temple
Tank, this was going on in full swing, with a line of priests ready for the
pooja (religious ceremony), and people dropping in, finishing it in 20
minutes or so, and making way for the next person - it was really an
assembly line - the first three shots are from there:
