Yes, it will affect B&W the same way off-colored lighting will... though 
whether it'll be noticeable in a practical sense to anyone who's likely to 
view the shots is arguable. 

My experience though was that the main problem was that the negs went 
somewhat muddy with normal development, but that's controllable in the 
darkroom (mostly).? Beyond that, it largely depends on how picky 
you are about absolute rendering - if you're the kind of? person who 
insisted on Panalure, you'll probably care more than if you were happy 
having your C41 negs run out on Multigrade....? The average viewer who's NOT 
a serious B&W shooter probably won't notice much, but the experts might.
