I never found shift to be a big deal.  Rise ( Kill off too much sky) and
tilt ( Near to far focus plane rotating) is what you usually need/use  The
FlexBody has both, but no (obvious) shift.

Using a FlexBody is a bit long winded but very rewarding to get the near/far
items both in focus.
