Adobe allowed upgrade only within the Version # ( V3.0->3.1, V3.1->V3.2,
etc.).. but not from V2 to V3, etc.
However, LR only costs $100 ( or less) anyway... through the Academic
program...
I will need to buy V4 ( if and when I decide to get it)
