Thanks for expressing the reaction I have always had to this sort of thing, 
albeit less immediate and personal than yours. There is plenty of news- and 
attention-worthy photographic drama and art in the other 99% of life on this 
planet. The W in WPP could just as well stand for War/Wrack/Wruin!
