Seems to be, I'm checking - I have some contacts in the Ukraine.
I have no doubt it is feasible. When I started travelling in Central
and Eastern Europe in the 1990s there was no interest in Communist-era
anything, and newspapers were recycling tonnes of silver from their
photo archives when they went digital.
