My wife's suggestion too....

I have to rid myself of ever HDD I have ever owned.... starting with a
Seagate ST225......

I have 3 boxes of drives.... so a sledge would also help my exercise program
a lot.......

I asked the same question in a seminar the other day, and the answer was a
sledgehammer if the data must be 100% gone.
