I recently purchased a 6" acrylic sphere (inexpensive lamp shade)
to use with various strobes (as a softer "bare tube")

I dialed the Leica SF24D back to -3 in manual mode
Set the Leica SF24D on a table.
Set the sphere over the SF24D
Set the snap dragon on top of the sphere
Stopped the 100 down to f:22
and exposed a few bracketed frames

Total backlighting
with whatever fill occurred from the white ceiling walls.

Required some serious adjustments in lightroom to achieve the final result.
