It seems to me that Kodak, seemingly both withdrawn from its historical mission (and to be blunt on it's way down into meaninglessness) seems to have identified this particular iconic but otherwise unregarded product as worthy of promotion, probably as a test ------ it seems to me that those of us who notice might take this pretty seriously. Are they looking for markets that their focus groups may have missed? Are they looking for un-noticed products that may have secretive, isolated users who might provide them with groups capable of sustaining their interest in continued production? If so, let's let them know! I would hate to see the last of Kodak go down the drain. I think it's great that others have picked up the ball and begun to produce credible films and papers, but it would be great to have them still in the game. Kodak has discontinued many of my favorite materials. I'd sure like some of them back. Short list: Super XX, Panatomic X, Ektalure paper, Medalist Paper, Kodabromide paper, 2475Recording film, HIE and Aerial Infrared film HSE, Azo, Ad Type, Velox, - you get what I mean. If they are willing to try to salvage a market for this particular film, I hope we can help provide market support. They have discontinued nothing that had sufficient market support. My expectation is that they are watching this. So let's Buy! C'mon. Let's go!
