I have hesitated buying one - given the bad reviews of the menus and operating system. A Singapore friend passed through HK a couple of weeks ago with one and I used it briefly. Had a chance to pick up a lightly used one - the present young owner didn't like the focus accuracy - and here are the first results. The camera was set for velvia. I didn't care for the garish colours so I have transformed the pictures into contrasty B&W using CS4.
