Anyone with an X100 can try explaining how BH and Adorama have them back 
ordered but if you go to Amazon.com and are willing to pay $200 more you can 
get one ?  Are these gray market cameras?  Crutchfield says they don't sell 
gray market but I just find it hard to believe that two of the biggest NYC 
firms don't have them in.  Any insight?
